If you are on your weight loss journey and need to resize or need to repair your waist bead, body chain or anklet, you can ship the jewelry back to us.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts (3) days. If (3) days has not passed, you can log into your account on our website and start the exchange process. If (3) days have gone by since your order has been delivered, you will have to pay $9.99 to resize your waist beads.
REPAIR POLICY
Email support@designsbyshakeya.com with a reference your Name, Order Number, Repair Issue and a photo of the damaged piece. DesignsbyShakeya will repair at no charge any breakage caused within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Repairs needed after 30 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer's expense.
We only repair and resize waist beads, anklets or body chains bought from this website. We DO NOT work on any other company's jewelry. If you send us any other jewelry that is not from this website it will be sent back to you in the same condition you sent it.
